According to reports, Will Smith has just taken a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath apartment located at 25 Bond st in New York off of the market. The unit takes up the entire floor of the building that houses 9 units and includes four balconies and two fireplaces. The last price listed on the apartment was at $55,000 a month in rent.

The Smith Family also live on a 100 acre ranch in the mountains near Malibu, California and have another home in Miami.

Jennifer Hudson is looking great and feeling even better in her newest campaign for Weight Watcher’s new PointPlus system. Jennifer, has dropped atleast 80 pounds since giving birth to her son and credits the weight loss to Weight Watchers and exercise. The Points Plus plan that she is currently promoting is designed to guide people to make healthful decisions by tracking points assigned to certain foods.

She was spotted this past weekend at Pure Nightclub werkin’ the dance floor shortly after performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. She wore a Camilla & Marc white and pink fitted dress paired with some Jimmy Choo heels as she enjoyed the night with friends and fans.

Tip and the fam pose adorably in the promo pictures for their new show “T.I. And Tiny: The Family Hustle,” which premieres December 5 at 9 PM EST on VH1. The show will give viewers an inside look at how Tip is readjusting to life as a husband and father of six (King, Domani, Zonique, Messiah, Deyjah, and Major — the modern day,Hip Hop Brady Bunch) while jumping back into his career after his most recent stint in the slammer. Viewers will also get glimpse into T.I. and Tiny’s ride-or-die relationship and be introduced to their daughter Zonique’s singing group, the OMG GIRLZ.
