Raven Symone is all grown up and on the promo trail for her starring role in a new Broadway musical titled “Sister Act.” She had this to say regarding her life long stint in the spotlight:

“I have plans for my personal life and I have plans for my career,” she says, “I just know that there’s more to life…I’m not curing cancer, those people are way more important than I—I’m just here to make you smile.”

We told you earlier that Nia Long had posed for an upcoming ESSENCE Mag cover with her sons Kez and Massai, Jr. (despite the fact Essence tried to say it wasn't true), and now it's out.

In the August issue, the veteran 41-year-old actress talks about embracing life with her sons, her partner and reconnecting with her father. She adds that she's never felt more fulfilled.
