Kourtney Kardashian (and her bump) breezed through Los Angeles yesterday as she stepped out for lunch with friends.The pregnant reality star put in a glowing turn, dressed in a very short cream kaftan.
Her growing tummy was clearly to see beneath the billowing ensemble, which also showed off her legs.
