For the second year in a row Chinese actress Fan BingBing rocked a bold, matte, nearly neon,orange lip at Cannes Film Festival. Orange is her favourite colour and this year, with the help of L’Oréal’s Official Cannes Makeup Artists Karim Rahman and Billy B, Fan chose L’Oréal’s Color Riche Orange (303) to play off of her embroidered Christopher Bu strapless gown. Fan is not alone in her penchant for orange.
