President Obama in Chicago
President Obama has secured a second term after winning more than the 270 electoral votes needed for reelection. Early on, Obama became the projected winner in swing states Ohio and Virginia. Around 1:00am on Nov. 7, 2012, Mitt Romney conceded the election in a speech in Boston. Shortly after, President Obama took the stage in Chicago alongside First Lady Michelle Obama and their daughters, Sasha and Malia, to chants of "four more years" from supporters.
